Properly inspect your lower end assembly before sealing the cases. This tool will check the sealing of the interconnect seal H-D #45359-00. Best for use along with a JIMS #782 Leakdown Tester. This test assures you there is no leakage in the seal that can cause over-oiling of the lower end. Seal is required to seal the oil passage way from right case to the balancer tensioner plate; leaking can cause over-oiling of the lower end that decreases horsepower from oil drag. Can also be used to check pressure lost at the balancer tensioner plate. Made in the USA.
