Triple-chrome-plated hardened steel. Easy quarter-turn locks and unlocks head. Can’t pop open or be falsely locked. Patented design incorporates O-ring and watertight cap to help seal out dirt and corrosion from the lock head mechanism. Full-length solid forged lock pin can’t pull out. Includes two keys.
